About the New Tarlac CBD
New Central Business District on the rise!
The New Tarlac Central Business District is the newest and most aggressive development of the New Tarlac Realty Company to date. It stands on a vast 25 hectare property within the highly populated and commercialized area of San Sebastian Village, Tarlac City. This new central business district is a development that aims to attract trade and commerce within and around the now highly urbanized city.
This thriving commercial zone is surrounded by a high-end gated subdivision that is San Sebastian Estates. Due to the co-location of government offices such as the LTO, DepEd, OSCA, SEC and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Tarlac City, the entire area is poised to become the next growth center of Tarlac City.
Thoroughly planned and developed by the New Tarlac Realty Company in the 1950’s, the 200 hectare San Sebastian Village is considered to be a trail blazer in an area mainly surrounded by sugar plantations in the early 1900s. Founded in 1956 by 4 families, succeeding heirs and generations have, likewise, competently ventured into commercial real estate creating opportunities for the area to be at the forefront of today’s aggressive business climate.

About Tarlac City
Dubbed as the “Melting pot of Central Luzon”, Tarlac City was officially founded in 1788 by leaders from the Pampanga, Zambales and Bataan provinces with the goal of increasing the Agricultural land. Agriculture is still the main source of income for the city as sugar, rice, root crops, vegetables, live-stock and poultry are chief farm products. However, in recent decades, it has become a hub for manufacturing rubber tires, electronics and automotive wiring sets. Due to the rising economy and urbanization, several residential subdivisions have surfaced along the main highway and close-by areas.
Being a fast rising economic powerhouse in the region with the connection of the SCTEx (Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway) to the major entry points in the city, Tarlac has been become a target for investors to put up commercial complexes, hotels, call centers and agribusiness related factories for food processing , farm machinery, feeds and feritilizers.
As of 2020, total assets of Tarlac City is around Php4.7B with revenues of close to Php2.1B
